OUR ANSWER: Hold workshops to establish the brand collateral contained within the existing METRO ID, explore ways to update the ID and reposition as a smart card. Shape the brief and visual identity of a new product. Satisfy West Yorkshire Passenger Transport and private bus and train operators.
